As the key support for digital transformation, the Industrial Internet is constantly subverting traditional manufacturing models, production organization methods and industrial forms on a global scale. This year, the Industrial Internet was written into the government work report for the first time. Liu Lihua, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former deputy minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said in an interview with First Financial News that the Industrial Internet can not only help manufacturing companies improve quality and efficiency, but also help manufacturing and The integration and penetration of the service industry, but we must prevent the use and speculation concepts.
The government work report proposes to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, strengthen the industrial foundation and technological innovation capabilities, promote the integrated development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries, and accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power. Create an industrial Internet platform, expand "smart +", and empower manufacturing transformation and upgrading.
Liu Lihua said that the concept of the Industrial Internet has been gradually formed in recent years. It is not a new thing. Its definition has not been completely unified around the world, but generally it has reached a consensus that modern information technology is used in industry or in The application in the manufacturing industry is an industry combining the two, and it may produce some new business formats, which will greatly increase labor productivity and product quality, and will be conducive to the integration and penetration of manufacturing and service industries.
In November 2017, the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the" Internet + Advanced Manufacturing Industry "to Develop the Industrial Internet," proposing to strengthen the industrial Internet industry's supply capacity, continue to improve China's industrial Internet development level, and further promote "Internet +" to form entities. The economy and the network have a good pattern of mutual promotion and simultaneous improvement, and put forward the goal of "three steps" in 2025, 2035 and the middle of the 21st century.
Since then, policies supporting the development of the Industrial Internet have been intensive. In May last year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Implementation Plan for the Industrial Internet App Cultivation Project (2018-2020)", and proposed to cultivate 300,000 industrial aPPs for specific industries and scenarios by 2020, covering R & D, design, manufacturing, and operations. Maintenance and operation management, such as key needs of key business sectors of manufacturing.
In June of that year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Industrial Internet Development Action Plan (2018-2020) and proposed that by the end of 2020, China should initially build an industrial Internet infrastructure and industrial system; in December 2018, the list of industrial Internet pilot demonstration projects was announced. ; In January 2019, the "Guide to the Construction and Promotion of the Industrial Internet Network" was issued, and it was proposed that by 2020, a relatively complete top-level design of the Industrial Internet network will be formed, and the industrial Internet infrastructure and technology industry system will be initially completed.
At present, China's narrowband Internet of Things has achieved full coverage in areas above the county level, and IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) transformation has been basically completed. In terms of the identification analysis system, the top nodes in 5 major countries and the secondary nodes in 10 industries and regions have been initially established. There are more than 50 industrial Internet platforms with a certain industry and regional influence in China.
However, when a reporter from First Financial visited a number of manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong, he found that the effect of combining the industrial Internet with manufacturing enterprises has not yet appeared.
In this regard, Liu Lihua said that the country generally divided the Industrial Internet into three levels. One is to analyze the system and basic network from the logo, and it is gradually being improved. The second is how to make it very effective in different application scenarios. The third requirement is security. The Industrial Internet itself is gradually being improved and improved in the course of exploration, and it is necessary to prevent the use and speculation of concepts.
"The core key now is that the application platform must be practical. It must be able to improve the production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of the enterprise. Otherwise, it is of little significance. In another case, it may be immature in the early stage and gradually improve after the improvement The production scale has expanded, and the added value of the product has gradually increased to offset the cost of the application platform. "Liu Lihua said.
Liu Lihua also said that because the production processes in different industries are very different, there are a large number of industrial Internet platforms, but they are relatively independent and compete in each industry. Nevertheless, there are still some common things, such as two-dimensional code traceability, data format in smart equipment, etc. To be able to communicate with each other, operating systems need some unified network protocols, as well as standard issues, which are difficult points. .
